Bedrock Wine Co. a finalist for Best American Winery Blog

I received an email from Tom Wark over at Fermentation this morning that Bedrock Wine Co.’s blog has been named one of four finalists for the Best Winery Blog.  These awards are like the Oscar’s for wine industry websites so this is no small deal.  Please head over to Fermentation to see the other finalists and vote!!

Also, stay tuned as Bedrock is about to start farming and taking fruit from an ancient and organic vineyard in Sonoma Valley.  The vineyard needs some TLC, but I look forward to blogging the experience of rehabiliting and farming it.  All sorts of juicy things to cover, like, how many spur positions, tilling, cover-cropping, spraying, etc. etc..  As many of you know, I said I would not make Zinfandel unless the perfect site came my way……well, now it has.
