I can hardly wait to roam the hills of Piedmonte with you. You mention the dog in Bourg, but not the owners of Ch. Fougas, who were very generous with their time and wine. We had a pretty amazing car tour of Bourg, a mind boggling visit to the cooperative (the number of little Chateau there is truely stunning) and a very nice lunch with them in Bourg. I think you did a great job of depicting the struggle for recognition which these growers in Bourg face. Thank you for includiong me in your great MW adventure.
